Throwing back to a wedding we did back in May 2018. The ceremony was held at the stunning Newrybar Downs after which the guests were transported to Beach Byron Bay for the reception. Originally from Perth, the couple had guests flying in from far and wide to share their special day.

Daryl shared her vision of being married in front of a balloon arbour. The colours were to be white and metallic gold to tie in with her colour scheme of the wedding keeping it traditional yet modern.

Building the Balloon Arbour

  1. We used a mix of white balloons is 3 sizes to build the base and start forming the shape.

  2. We added the gold orbz balloons and fattened up the arbour to give it more of that organic look.

  3. Estelle from the French Petal came and worked her magic! It was her first time combining balloons and florals/greenery and she absolutely nailed it!

A big thank you to Michael and Daryl for letting us be part of your magical day. You and your family were so kind and we wish you all the best for the future!
