Delivery to Byron Bay is included in the price of your box. Please select a FREE delivery option at checkout.

We require 24 hours notice to prepare your box, for rush orders please give us a call on 1300 915 514 to confirm availability. We can usually organise next day delivery.

We can usually liaise with your accommodation to gain access prior to your arrival so your hamper/balloons will be waiting for you or the giftee when you check in.

Every Suga Bang box is lovingly made by hand so their may be some slight variations in your hamper.

Currently, delivery is only available in the Northern Rivers. 

Box delivery outside of Byron Bay

Boxes are delivered Monday to Fridays, we do not deliver weekends (Byron Bay hospital is the only exception to this). Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm via Wizz or Fast Way couriers.

Below is a list of locations serviceable by our couriers - Currently, Suga Bang is only available to these areas. Surrounding towns to the below are also included. 

Byron Bay, Tweed Heads, Ocean Shores, Alstonville, Lismore, Bangalow,  Lennox Head, Wollongbar, Goonellabah, Coffs Harbour, Narang, Brunswick Heads, Ballina, Woodburn, Casino & Grafton.

If the recipient is not home, our couriers will do their best to find a suitable place to leave the box. We recommend sending the box to the giftee's workplace for best results. 

If you have specific delivery times or requests, we will do our best to meet your standards. However, we can not always guarantee the time our boxes will be delivered. 

Once these orders have been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Delivery to Byron Bay, Suffolk Park, Byron at Byron, Elements and Ewingsdale is $0. Please select any free delivery option available at checkout.
